Third owner Lou Hoyt, poses with the Duesenberg in front of his Haverstraw, Ny. Dealership. Lou campaigned the car thru the twenties on dirt tracks on the east coast. He also set a speed record with the car on the ice of the Hudson River. Lou was connected with Barnum & Baileys and had a couple of bear cubs that he would give exhibition laps with at the races also. It was discovered and bought intact from his widow by early collector Charlie Fisher in 1941.
